well jill stein raised the money needed to have the recount so it was never going to be at the tax payers money
if trump had lost in certain states that he won then his supporters would most likely have reacted the same way and wanted a recount too

I think that's the tell-tale sign right there - as you said.  They are whinging about the emails being leaked and not the awfulness that was contained within them. They are literally just mad because the truth came out. The MSM largely ignored the emails.  If those emails had been authored by the Republicans and Trump, they would have been on a 24/7 loop on CNN.
