I thought this World Cup was quite entertaining.  The final too.  Not the best match perhaps, but watchable.  Well done to France.

It was nice being on vacation in France and seeing the atmosphere first hand.  I watched the final in a pub back in the US today - but it is not the same.

Referee 4 Croatia 2.
Croatia by far the better and more exciting team to watch. Sad.

Bottom line is....  as long as you have a stupid referee deciding....  tech can't help.

T, i think "you" are going to win the WC.
They should get to the final anyway but also should beat the winner of Belgium/Brazil.

Maybe the 15th of july will be a happy day after all, for you that is Winking

EH? SB must have missed this prediction... Strange, he's always on top of it

Well sadly the refereeing will take the gloss off this World Cup.

It's been a while since I have been immersed in a World Cup.

It still saddens me the real lack of world class players in the game for quite a few years. Whilst France certainly had a top team, I can't say I thought much of their defence to be frank.

Next World Cup being played at Christmas before the extended format which will further diminish the quality of the World Cup, just like the Euro's did.
