I literally just wrote a post about how they had a 2 month lockdown starting in March, and with a link which had this quote:

100% won't happen. He has a back injury for Aus Open so unlikely to enter. Even if he is fit and healthy in a slam again, he's too old now and has been overtaken by Thiem and Med; while Djokovic is remarkably gaining speed with age.

I have not watched tennis since the 02. and have not watched Federer play live or on youtube for over 6 months I believe.

I almost forgot all the joy (and pain) he brought over the last 20 years. Isn't that weird? Federer is the very reason I started to express my opinion on forums. Something I never thought I 'd do! It's really the end of an era!

Hopefully not yet 'the end of an era', because Federer said he will be back for ATP Doha, which is this February. He said he will also play RG this year, but his main goals are Wimbledon and the Olympics. I will be sad when he retires, but we aren't at that point yet. I think he has a great shot at winning Wimbledon if fully fit.
