When an opponent plays such a good stuff it is not possible to play for 1-2 shots. But it is not possible to withstand playing on this level for all three sets. Marin s got his chance for sure.

It has really been a dead easy draw for Djoko this year at both USO and WImbledon.

Total damage by great returning and long ground strokes. Marin cant rely on his serve and big hitting, he is nearly always out of his comfort zone.

Marin sucks today, but on this form Djoko will be the red hot favorite for the title, regardless his opponant. I've hardly ever seen him move this fast. His shots are not relevant to me anyway, stiff, ugly, clumsy whatever. If you move like that, no one will catch you

Again, very true...but it is actually his mouvement that make his shots better than they are. he has so much time to spare and prepare.

However Cilic is a step too slow and therefore can't dictate. I am not sure the Swisses can but they will surely stretch him a bit more....and hopefully the crowd can play its part!

Both. I think Cilic got seriously intimidated by Djoko's retrieving in the beginning of the match. He seems puzzled ever since.

When landing such a return on BL, there is no way to play and when some luck adds to it, then amen with Marin, he is blown off the court so far. Still thinking that Nole will fade out in the third.

Someone with the serve of Cilic at his best could. Djokovic isn't superman. All players eventually lose from 2 sets up.
