Re: ATP Masters 1000: Cinncinati
It's still going top be very difficult for fed today. I feel Murray can do more on this HC than on grass.

It's ridiculous that the only freshness is brought to tennis by a 34 y/o.
At the current state, tennis won't survive the retirement of Federer

If he wins this set, Murray will implode as usual.

Re: ATP Masters 1000: Cinncinati
I think Fed will be ok. Andy can play freely now, he was behind from the start and no one expects him to win. But i can't see him take a set of Federer. That said, concerning the final, 2 tough sets will probably too much to recover fromTenez wrote:It's still going top be very difficult for fed today. Federer won the last 8 sets v Murray...or 10 of the last 11....and the one set he lost was a TB to 6!

Murray already shouting about. Has there ever been a more mentally fragile player?

Murray is actually very strong mentally. He moans at every single match...yet wins 90% of them.FedererKing wrote:Murray already shouting about. Has there ever been a more mentally fragile player?

Disagree. In big matches v big players, he loses way too many because he falls apart. It's been mentioned by a few commentators how he loses his head from minor things and let#s the opponent back in. He isn't just moaning, he's having meltdowns. It sends the wrong message to opponent and only puts his own game off.

Re: ATP Masters 1000: Cinncinati
He falls apart physically (and then moans about it). He can make it very tough for Nadal and Djoko but he's not near those guys' staminaFedererKing wrote:Tenez wrote:Murray is actually very strong mentally. Re: ATP Masters 1000: Cinncinati
To me it seems that Murray is more of a challenge to Federer than Djoko...problem is that Fed only plays Djoko at the end of the week...often after playing Murray, therefore tired.

Really? To me Fed is quite comfortable against Murray, he knows it usually gets more physical against Djoko.Tenez wrote:To me it seems that Murray is more of a challenge to Federer than Djoko...problem is that Fed only plays Djoko at the end of the week...often after playing Murray, therefore tired.

Re: ATP Masters 1000: Cinncinati
The reason I am saying this is because Murray's CC BH hurts Fed more than Djokos...and that's where 80% of the shots are played against Fed.luvsports! wrote:DOn't agree.

That's true. But that's also my point. Fed has only played Djoko in Finals recently.gallery play wrote:Really? not sure actually. I think Djoko's shots are generally softer.....but I Djoko covers the court much better.and shots to go at against Andy

DJoko's depth troubled feds a lot off the return and he has a better length than Murray on groundies.

I don't fancy his chance tomorrow...and I am honest. But again I woudl have fancied him to win today v Djoko.

Fed is the real number 2. I am not sure why Murray is still second. I know its down to tomorrow's match but still.

I remember when Murray said Nadal is the greatest and the best player in the world...a few years back.....Now Murray woudl cream Nadal ...but as yet to find a way to beat federer!

Tenez was it you that said that Fed commented that he masters are harder for him as there is no recovery time with back-back-back matches?

But I believe now Slams are harder. 3 sets at that level is killing him.
