Is Federer done?

Is Fed done forever? Watched a little of his Andujar 6:4 4:6 6:4 loss, reminded me of some veterans matches I go to watch purely to annoy and provoke older players from time to time at local tennis clubs.

59% 1st serve, 3 aces, 2/4 BP's.

Even those new ON Roger PRO shoes on him looked terrible his moving was okay'ish, 3-4 FH winners old style, BH so so, not much to see.

Not watched a full match all this year, I think the last full match I watched was Thiem winning in USO last year, but watching Fed today gave me no hope of his comeback

he is gonna be 40 in a couple of months. Of course he is done. I did not even watch the match today cause I knew he could not produce a decent tennis 2 days in a row. He has a lucrative uniqlo contract and that is why he keeps going I guess.

I guess he wants those last olimpics and a last wimbledon

my admiration for federer has never stopped growing but I assume this is his last year

he can beat anyone on the day...but cannot beat anybody at the end of a slam.

40 years... he is such a legend we still wonder if he could win a slam, but he is 40. it is crazy

Actually. Knowing he got to Wimbledon's 1/4F on one leg is quite encouraging. 

I really don;t care whether he wins or not but I would like to see him play fully fit again. So if the op can fix the problem, why not. 

What's really annoying me is the current final between Medv and Opelka. Looks like they cannot hit through the court.
