I usually turn off sound. What was Koenig's question?

Is Paire the most handsome guy on the tour atm?

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. Winking I will take Safin any day of the week. Love Blush

PS: using 'atm' as the keyword, Haas, Kohli, Berdych, Tsonga, .... Perhaps if Paire wore a pair of Armani's, I may change my mind. Laugh I should not forget Lopez.

Well, that was a really nice day of tennis, proper, no bashing in all three matches I've seen on and off.

Tomorrow's semi-final promises the same:
BASEL semi-finals, starting at 1.30 PM UK time:
Gasquet - Del Potro
Federer: HP Mathieu

VALENCIA semi-finals, starting at 3 PM UK time:

Ferer - Dodig (bt Cilic)
Dolgopolov - Melzer

Great fun to watch Federer play like this. A bit like some other matches when he wanted to keep it short (Monaco USO2010 or Seppi Rome 2012)

Paire was wild too. Federer won 4/12 BPs (2/9 in the first set).

LF, you're first reaction on this match was about Paire. Seriously, if Fed plays great like yesterday, does it really matter which Paire shows up?

Yes watching it from the beginning. Gasquet may hit a few good shots, but he can't deny Delpo a st. sets win.

I hope tennistv get their act together soon!!!!Shame, I was hoping Gasquet to win and get himself closer to WTF, he's got one last chance in Bercy, though.

Eh.. even if he would have won today, I am certain he won't make it to the WTF unless some more players who have qualified, withdraw. Gasquet is hopeless, he can at best play a few good looking shots. The gap between his best play and his worst play is miles.

Paire's game is nicer as he likes to move to the net unlike Dolgo who loves his baseline. Tons of flair and personality.

Try livescorehunter. Their streaming is good enough to watch. I'm too watching the Basel with one of their streams. My TV channel started showing EPL.

PHM likes to keep it on his backhand. Fed missing a few important points due to Forehand errors.

Mathieu has played very well so far, but has not pushed Federer out of his comfort zone.

The short slice return pulling Mathieu away from the baseline has worked very well.
