Anyone want to swap a day ticket on Monday for Sunday??

Post by luvsports! on Wed Nov 08, 2017 4:22 pm

Hellooo comrades.

I hate the ATP website. Those ball washing bastards said Feds was playing on Monday, not Sunday. Turns out they were wrong.
I would have been disappointed not to get Feds but to be told you can see him and then have that cruelly taken away, sucks ass!

Anyone have a day ticket on Monday they can swap for SUnday?
A disconsolate LS.

Sorry man I have a ticket for Wednesday evening.

It could be Nadal Dimitrov, but as Nadal will probably drop out it will be PCB vs Thiem. So as bad as your match is, atleast it won't be as bad as PCB vs Thiem. Console yourself with that

Ah I feel bad, I've seen him twice. If you had a Rafa match and I had a Fed match I would have swapped, promise. We can do that for next year if they're both in the top 8.

You absolutely must, and time is running out (as if you didn't know).  I am lucky enough to have seen him a good half a dozen times (including way back in 2001 when he lost to Henman), and it really is something to see.  He's not absolutely brilliant all the time of course, but he produces more moments per match than anyone else I've watched when you have a collective sharp intake of breath from the crowd accompanied by an almost imperceptible murmur - how did he do that.....?  His movement around the Court is also unlike anyone else's that I have seen - cat-like at its best.

You can always camp outside for Centre Court tickets for Wimbledon... best chance u have is if he's scheduled to play last on Centre Court on a particular day, you could even turn up in the early morning and you have a very good chance of seeing him play. And unlike Nadal fans you have more than 1-2 rounds to see him at Wimbledon Winking

It's just hard because I live in Bath and i would have to take time off and that is hard to do where i work in that time.

Hey LS,

I hope you haven't swapped your ticket and are enjoying Dimi-Thiem.

Much better than Fed-Sock yesterday.

I started off cheering for Dimi but Thiem's heart is very endearing.

I'd be happy for either to win.

I am pretty sure the organisers would put Federer in the evening slot regardless of today’s results.

Thursday and Saturday se is were my choices to go but could not find any very good tickets, I wanted the very close ones, to get my Fed BH footwork fix...

But vs Sock he played poorly...so maybe indeed not recovered from Basel.

The court may have bad bounces...I saw a lot of shanking from everybody.

Good call to give Thu evening a miss.  Fed's match is dead rubber, so they scheduled it for the afternoon.

I know you guys hate Zverev, but between him and Sock I still prefer Zverev to advance.  His game may be kind of dull, but Sock is just so useless.  How did he even get here?

Yep I would have been annoyed to travel all the way for Zverev Sock.... Plus £80 isn't cheap.... Well cheapish if it is to see Fed one last time.
