Gilles is in some kind of tunnel. Like Martin Verkerk RG 2003

Yeah, like when Delpo beat Fed USO 2009. It was ok.bogbrush wrote:I could live with Muller winning a final v Fed. I'd be unhappy but it would have a great big silver lining.

If Muller wins 15-13 again does Djokovic get pushed back to Thursday?

Yes, through in hindsight that was upsetting because Fed would have had all the Slams after winning the AO 2010.gallery play wrote:Yeah, like when Delpo beat Fed USO 2009. Re: Wimbledon Day 10 MENS QUARTER FINALS
I did not mind Delpo winning but to me this one was frustrating as I felt Federer should have never lost that Final He was by far the best player but somehow lacked key energy in a crucial moment...and being a bit rattled as well. But Roger should be on 19 today.....well 20 if he had not messed up that MP v Safin in AO 2005.bogbrush wrote:Yes, through in hindsight that was upsetting because Fed would have had all the Slams after winning the AO 2010.gallery play wrote:Yeah, like when Delpo beat Fed USO 2009. If not for the long match, Muller would have won this. A shame.

Muller and Mannarino prove that flat hitting is still alive and working.
Muller...could improve his footwork, Mannarino could just practise a bit more.

Raonic has always looked like an idiot, now with this bandana he looks like...an unbearable idiot!
The whole Wimbledon's started looking cheap & ugly this year.

If Federer keeps on serving like this, he'll win the title on slippers

That was a good plan by Fed... just keep it in high and long and wait for Raonic to bottle it hahaha
Raonic serve is being read so well by Fed.

He's making these players look daft.... his serve and volley game and variety... they just have no answer to it. So used to sitting on baseline like automatons.

Re: Wimbledon Day 10 MENS QUARTER FINALS
Raonic is brainless... If he develops a serve and volley game properly, he'll win slams. But not like this, he won't. He's like a fish out of water at the net - where he should be strongest!

Raonic is a mechanical player, same as Berdych. He can't play S&V tennis.
You need to be loose for that. In the head to start with.

But it doesn't matter when Raonic serves like that. Which is why Fed needs to keep on guard.

Federer played amazing then when under extreme pressure. But it's a warning of what Rao can do. Got to keep him at heel!

It's not exactly their fault that it's a. not safe to start moving round thousands of people and b. that Nadal's match went on so long and c. that Djok has injured himself.

I was on C1 in 2015 when Simon-Monfils match was moved to CC due to darkness.

That's 2015... You see, we've also had a series of deadly Islamic attacks since then. And one day in 2015 is not the exact same as another in 2017. They didn't do it to spite Djokovic - take the tinfoil hat off.

See, this is what I feared from the start - but luckily Fed broke early on in the other sets. He needs to do it again cause you cant be going into tie breaks v Rao.... he can beat you!

So as usual, Djoko prepares the public 1 match before a harder match with fantom hand injury with Manarino, and now gives the match up as he sees he cant beat Berdy.
Little prick.

At least he didn't suck up to Nadal.
That's worth something.
In MY book, of course.
