Nadal getting lucky with the draw again. I don't see this 19 year old being able to beat him, but who knows. Meanwhile Djokovic got Tsonga....

Because Tsonga's game is heavily centred around his serve and Nole can handle it pretty well, he more or less owns him, so from that point of view, it was not too tough a draw for Nole who played very well last night.
I was impressed with his CC FH and some high drive FHs/volleys, that's a new shot in his repertoire, served was really good, too.
The match was on Nole's racquet from start to finish last night, although, lifted by crowd's support Tsonga did serve out some brilliant aces in the third set, his BH is a liability, though.
I saw live matches both in C1 and CC yesterday and can confirm that C1 is faster as it still has pretty fresh grass.
CC is a mud pit around the baseline and I have no idea why it is in such poor condition as it played roughly the same number of matches as C1.
Tenez is right about the slow conditions, I was amazed at the ease with which Nole was able to cover the court, even Tsonga did, and with the roof closed, the conditions were as fast as they could get under the circumstances, pretty depressing.
So not surprised they are playing Nadal on CC today. I bet his team put a lot of pressure on the organisers.
I spoke to a guy about it yesterday and he agreed, he is a somebody in the Eastbourne tournament and invited me to go there next year if I wanted to see proper grass tennis. I always associated Eastbourne with women's tennis, can't remember whether they added ATP there from this/next year.
Still, this Kyrgios youngie has a real chance, he has a great attitude, belief and charisma. From what I saw of him in AO, brilliant serve and quite talented, a bit like Monfils minus the fluctuations and focus swings.
I think he has a real chance, def a better player than Rosol, but similar fire-power.

Well hopefully, Nadal will be scheduled for C1 tomorrow anyway seeing as he's been on CC every match. It would give more hope for Raonic/Nishi if that's true.
Murray-Dimitrov will be on CC and so should Fed-Stan should they progress.

I am actually really expecting Kyrg to beat Nadal today. Would be a great Wimbledon story to have an under-hyped youngster (19) make a breakthrough.
Really look forward to the match.
Aussie OI, OI, OI fans are going to love it!!!!

I hated Fed's loss to Robredo last USO.
That was the match that ended the era and life of the 90" head.
It was quite an unbelievble viewing. Fed played well but looked powerless as the match went on.
So from that point of view really happy Fed is drubbong Robredo today.
That aside, racquet size needs to be standardised ASAP!

Lisicki squeezed through again...her father/coach was so annoying yesterday barking from the box like a Nazi from WW2 films.
His daughter on the other hand in her customary suck it to the Brits style from last year kept cheering herself in English...
So glad Bartoli beat her in the final.
Tennis wise, she is ok, very strong legs she draws power from, nothing special as a ball-striker in the least.

Someone's in a hurry. I think Roger wants to get the match finished, do the press commitments and everything done so he can go watch a certain football match.
Tbh, I can't remember much of the USO loss, must have blanked it out. Clearly there was something not right. Did he change the racquet straight after that?

Watching Fed in this sunshine on C1, makes me so sad they didn't schedule him there yesterday.
He is playing with such great spirit today.
TV is good, but nothing compares to seeing him live. He looks twice as good.

Nadal is the greatest volleyer ever - Mcenroe
in fact, McEnroe trying to say Nadal is the greatest ever again. Sorry, Mac, but you need to be an all court player to be called that. And you need to be getting close to 7 Wimb titles.
