I have received official confirmation that...

I am pleased to announce that I have now received official word which confirms that the Semi-final draw at the USO will be as follows according to seeding:

Djokovic (1) vs Ferrer (4)
Nadal (2) vs Murray (3)

I am hearing the reason the USO will rig it this way this time is due to the fact they want their star man Novak Djokovic- the new darling of North America after his amazing dance moves- in the final, and they want Murray to face him in the repeat of last year's thrilling finale.

To remind you of the draws in earlier years at the USO when both Murray and Nadal have entered:
2008: Murray and Nadal in the same half
2009: Murray and Nadal in the same half
2010: Murray and Nadal in the same half
2011: Murray and Nadal in the same half
2012: Nadal did not enter

My sources have relayed that the USO are happy to continue this trend with growing revenue, as excitement levels for the draw reach fever pitch.

I take it you have finally cottoned on what goes on behind the scenes....draw rigging one of the most obvious ones, Nadal was beneficiary  of for years.
Well, now that Nole's signed up for IMG, it's his turn....nothing to do with singing, I'm afraid.
Do your sources know anything about Fed's draw fortunes?
I know New Yorkers have been desperate to see a Fedal all these years but never had the opportunity, mainly because Nadal only turned up in the final only twice...

From what I've heard my sources are saying it's slightly harder to rig quarter finals, as those balls have to be picked out live from the bucket.

And you are right that Djokovic will now get first preference, but the power with IMG is actually quite limited. Apparently they did give their support to the draw, but never had the final say.

As for Nadal, he always received the short end of the draw. When Djokovic was young, he was pretty much easy pickings in BO5 (everytime they played before 2011 I believe Nadal won and Djokovic even retired a few times). But Rafa always seemed to get the harder draw in Murray, who beat him in USO 2008 in BO5.

Meanwhile in FO- Nadal drew Djokovic in the SF- and now in the USO he is in the same haf as Murray instead of Ferrer.

Btw, this is not another one of your jinxing efforts, is it?  

I'm just reporting the facts of the draw- it may not make a big difference to Nadal's chances either way, to win the USO his level will have to be very high and above Djokovic and Murray.

Hearing that apparently they've changed their minds, apparently they care more about a Fedal WF than a Djokovic Murray final.

Massive U-turn from the USO organisers this.
