It's clearly staged cause Assad had no reason to gas his people. They had just won the battle against the West financially backed up rebels. And this is why they have to attack directly.

I have said it before...we are ruled by new Nazis! and they act quick enough to make sure we don;t get consulted!

Also, Assad is no despot nor a tyrant. Before the West decided for a regime change there, he managed to keep many people of many religions in peace. 

Our former foreign minister Rolland Dumas was consulted by some Brits intelligence asking whether France will support the regime change 2 years before the first Syria manifestation.
