Its not kevins fault nor nadals that 5 top10 players didnt attend the slam, its also not their fault that cilic, zverev, dimitrov... failed in the ocassion. They are in the final, and it really is hard to get to a slam final, and of course it is amazing to get there multiple times. Your explanation is that he always gets easy draws, fine, but easy draws in 23 slams over 13 years, seems like a weak explanation

It's actually Murray's fault for being a cretin and the US Open rules for making cilic #2 seed.  No one said NAdal or Kev was to blame.  It's simply pathetic that Nadal has had this draw and has lucked out with them all year. Looking forward to seeing how easy his Tour finals draw will be.  Probably everyone pull out and give him a bye to the trophy.

This tournament will not be remembered for the fist pumping twerp winning - but for the most farcical draw of all time.

Only Djoko, Murray and federer coudl beat this Nadal on such a slow surface.

Nadal fans have always been there first to whinge about some of Fed's draws... but my god, none were as easy as all of Nadal's draws this year apart from Fed in the Aussie Open final. This US Open has taken the cake.  You want asterisks?  This one is so big even a deluded Nadal fan can't miss it.  The full moon crashing to Earth is less obvious.
