US open moving to its 10th day and we still have some R4 matches yet to be completed. Clouds looming over flushing meadows and the weather is predicted for Wednesday which doesn't look very good. Still the schedule for the US open is out.

I see that all gave Fed over Bird, but a surprise could happen here. I see this match as a real tough battle. Knowing what Tomas said before the match, he is really looking forward to this and I feel enough confidence from him. Let´ s see

I wouldn't mind seeing Berd in the final against Nole, Paul. He is due another slam final. He has matured a lot since last WTF, and definitely not squandering matches any more.

Matches have been delayed for a few hours until "early afternoon" which is about now.....but you don't mind waiting, do you...

Actually it annoys me as I'm supposed to go for the night session at Arthur Ashe and see Serena first and then Federer play the QF!

Nole breaks immediately in the second set, 2:0, obviously in a hurry to finish the match before another rain break. Forehand pin-point accurate.
