I understand all to well that Djok and NAdal had all surfaces slowed for them at the same time as talent utterly dried up. We've now got only a few people on tour capable of beating Djok - because Nadal's finished too. Djok isn't winning because he's better than Federer or past greats.
He's winning because of tailor made conditions and no strength on tour. One record that will never be beaten though is weeks consec N1 - a level of dominance that will remain unrivalled.
And that was on slow ass courts .

or playerz keep improving till tbeir mid 30s.....thats seem to be the case. At least past their 30s. This would explain why Djoko and Nadal kept an edge over the younger players.
