Nadal's nightmare opponent tonight is all of 1.75cm tall, 72kg...but let that not put you off his stellar career:

Smyczeck sadly without a chance vs. Nadal. I don't even think that he himself believes in a chance. Nadal won't even need the slow conditions vs. this kind of likely weaponless opponent.

It's true I am a tennis expert*; however I never said this will be Nadal's toughest second round. Unless Smychek plays a blinder or Nadal plays really badly; I see Nadal winning. However Rosol is a much much harder test in R3.truffin1 wrote:Autumnleaf wrote:Smyczeck sadly without a chance vs. Nadal. I don't even think that he himself believes in a chance. Oh I get it, you are entering their picks for them!
Why don't they join us?
Would be fun to hear some "new" opinions.

Just woke up, Fed 1:2 down. In sets.
I assume his back is giving him the trouble...
Bolelli has been playing very well lately, he us the last person Federer needs now.
Come on Rog! : diva:

Its fine. Fed lost the first Set because Bolleli was playing very good. He is clean ball striker. His forehand winners for a long time were double those from Fed.

There is no visible sign for Fed's back issue. But he did have some taping done by the physio on the right little finger. Some blisters perhaps or 'host plate burns' .

I don't think he's fine, unfortunately...he cant't bend on his BH.
Bolleli started missing, that's why Fed looks ok.
I hope he doesn't make things worse like he did against Stan in O2.
Good job Bolleli isn't a ball blasting giant.

I don't know, I can't see that detail, maybe error on my part.
In the mean time Fed holds serve and wins.

I saw the match and though he had his finger looked at his mouvement was very poor. Bol got much worse and that helped.

I've got a friend who moved to the States last year, he was a handsome man with a full head of hair before he left, and now is completely bald.
When I saw him on Skype I really had a shock and joked with his wife that she now looks like his daughter...she killed herself laughing, but I could see that he was almost devastated.
As he is mad on tennis I call him Agassi
