Oh dear. So I suppose asking for a QF appearance may now be too much? Even if Roger somehow gets through this, a five setter before a match with Nadal is not what the doctor ordered.

I did not expect I would ever be saying it, but I think he should slice and chip his BH more.

A couple of points there and then and  Fed woudl be 2 sets up.....he clearly lacks confidence and Robredo is playing a la Nadal....giving him lots of trouble.

I can't see Fed win from here. He is getting tired...not sure his opponent is.

PLus playing Nadal just after a 5 setter is way out of his league.

He shoudl go home and finally learn to play with a bigger racquet. He cannot go on with this antic!

Tend to agree with Tenez. No way Fed can face Rafa even if he gets through this. Go home, work on the fitness - back and otherwise, practice with a new racquet, and see where that goes.
