He's been so so poor.Tenez wrote:Amritia3ee wrote:Tenez... Djoko is hardly attacking.
True cause to attack you have to go for smaller margins and the UEs shows that Djoko has at least tried to attack.
'Trying to attack' is not good enough.
Edit: Just checked they are on equal winners so far.
So it's not as if Djokovic is playing that aggressively.

Stop with the superiority complex stuff NITBnoleisthebest wrote:Amritia3ee wrote:Nadal knows what he is doing. Djokovic looks clue-less out there.noleisthebest wrote:Amritia3ee wrote:Tenez... Djoko is hardly attacking.
He is playing very passively, and when he does step up, he messes up completely. Terrible stuff.
Murray is ahead, and deservedly so.
Coming from a Nadal fan, your logic is astonishingly consistent.
Nadal mentally would never give up like that at 5-6. Remember Nadal has never lost a Grand Slam Final in straight sets, unlike Djokovic.
Amri,
I don't possess Tenez's angelic patience, so I'll leave you to his education.

Somehow looking at Djoker's expression he feels that he can win this, not good for Murray.

Djokovic finally playing some attacking tennis... took him more than 2 hours!
Let's see if he can keep this up.

You talk about legs then not to forget that djoker has the lungs, he lasted 12 hours in 2 days.
I don't get upset over tennis matter!

I like the fact Nole's liking the net, if only the net could like him the same way Hopefully in a few months to a year.

One constant is that each time Murray tries to hit a winner he misses, especially as the tension creeps.

No, he's hit quite a few on important points.Tenez wrote:One constant is that each time Murray tries to hit a winner he misses, especially as the tension creeps.
But yes, he has missed many too. Not been his best match, but Djokovic has been very very poor for periods.

Tennis and match looking a bit more decent now that the pushing tempo has subsided.

You can see why Nole is struggling with Fed, his slices are coming like golden plates, they bounced too high. It is pleasure to play them. Vajda look at it!

There are obvious signs of fatigue from Djoko...despite leading 3/1. I don't think he believes he can win this now.

Why?Tenez wrote:There are obvious signs of fatigue from Djoko...despite leading 3/1. I don't think he believes he can win this now.
He has played far less hours than Murray this week.
His match against Ferrer was a breeze.
And in AO he lasted 12 hours in 3 days.... recovering fine.
So why the 'tired' excuse?

Djokovic can still win this.
He just has to up his game, he has been really poor so far.

Andy serves better than Nole. If they play TB, Andy will take it again.

Magic potion's effect has started to wear off, probably nole does not have the best doctor

Has he changed his doctor or what? It makes no sense.

One thing, Andy´s reaction is admirable. It seems to be that wind is not so strong. Could be still interisting match.

Don't think so.
Murray playing worse, while Djokovic has stepped it up here.

I think there is still something in him. He needs to keep his serve, just this

I think it's a combiation of fatigue and wind droping pushed Djoko into a more aggressive game. It pays off so far.

Murray saved a very important BP. 3/0 would have been very different.
