It's good to be alive now and then, isn't it!

Wonderful you have been given the opportunity to enjoy life away from the maddening crowd, care-free last throw of childhood before you dive into the sea of sharks and muddy waters of PAYE grinding...

I used to do stg similar in Cambridge and London during summer and winter holidays. Loved it.
There was no booze, but I never needed it to go mad and beyond (one of the advantages of not being English  )
Scotland looks beautiful in your photos, and it must have been special to have communion with vast skies.
I bet they were pitch black and super starry away from all this pollution! 

Did you feel tingling of poetry? If you did, I hope you did not ignore that special call!
