I think Dimitrov showed plenty of belief but lacked stamina.

Rosol showed belief, too and had the closed roof and fresh grass under his feet.

Paire showed belief as well the other day.

In my opinion , it's the older players that choke but it's understandable as they know what they have to go through physically in order to win.

And I'll add jut one more thing, it's not a coincidence Nadal played such a physical match against Raonic yesterday and demolished him on that level.

He knows what he needs to do in order to get into players' heads esp young ones in order to establish his "superiority" and make his life easier later.

Anyway, I stand by my comment that a few more losses from Nole and he'll be gone.
He cannot stand losing.

His "humble" ego is enormous.
