Novak Djokovic: The Special One
My dear rivals/friends,
Now that I've found a spare minute to write to you, here are some of the things that have been weighing on my mind for a while... I am the Number One again, and as such, I feel the need to let you know of some of my plans.
Alright.. who am I trying to kid here!
That new ATP boss has been nagging me to do this for the last 6 weeks. He says I need to impose myself as a leader (and I suppose you've got the letter from him in which you are told you need to pay respect to me and be careful what you say about me in your post match pressers as well as your runner-up speeches, and you also must know that I've been penciled in for Stefan Edberg's award next year, too).
So...here we go:
Rog, I have decided you can be the GOAT, I can see you're into records and all that, and since it's that important, you can have it, but don't forget, you'll have Lavers and Petes and Nadals of this world prodding your effigy with Golden slams, number one year ends, H2Hs....I don't envy you!
I'll make sure I don't win more than 17 slams, and I'll leave the record Wimbledon titles to you, after all you play with single backhand, and even I know what's written on that lovely trophy.
If you make it to the final next year, I'll let you win two sets, and give you two match points before I turn it on. You can't ask for more!
I'll make sure I mention you are the GOAT in my winner's speech.
And you Rafa, we all know you are nothing more than a clay court specialist...I'll let you and your fans believe it, although I beat you twice on it in straights when I felt like it.
I know, you know, your Uncle knows....the whole world knows you are now beatable on clay. So just keep being humble about it and don't cry too much when I beat you at RG next year. I'm planning to rip my T-shirt to bits, roar a lot, roll like mad in the clay (I may even try to taste it, I bet you're kicking yourself YOU never thought of it, no?)and you are just going to have to live with it!
Remember this?

PS
I hope it all goes well with you in that Fuentes case, I promise I won't make any nasty comments whatever happens.
Andy, oh Andy....how it grieved me to let you win that USO final, but I just could not bear listening to pundits go on how you were the best player never to have won a slam....so, I hope you didn't mind me winning the third and fourth set, I had to maintain my fighting image, that's what ATP is trying to cash in on now that Rafa is on his last legs, and they have to sell tennis to his fans when he retires in July next year.
The Boss reckons I'm a lot better looking than you, so I'll inherit majority of Rafa's fans. You can have Wooffie.
The only thing is, you'll now have to learn to live with the one-slam wonder ticket for the rest of your life or at least next 5-6 years, when I've had enough and equalled Rog's slam record.
But, none more of that any more, I'm afraid...because...
In case it has escaped you all....I am the Special One.
Many have predicted I'll always be your shadow Rog and Raf, I've had to put up with years of listening how you're more talented than me Andy...oh, I don't know how I did it.
But now, enough is enough!
You can all forget about winning anything I've set my heart on in 2013.
I am in serious business amigos.
Fasten your seat belts.

- I'm keeping my haircut as it is
- I'm not going to tone down my cavemen style celebrations
- I am planning to be Number One for the next 5 years

Nitb, Nole must be really proud of having such a great fan as you are
Nole will also play DC next year, so we have a lot of great tennis to look forward ahead.
It seems that Woofie is ready to switch to another fan camp, she started learning tennis basics in the kindergarten

As for Wooffie, she is now working hard on getting Murray a sponsorship
deal with a leading brand in manufacturing fake-tan products.
Good luck, dear Wooffie !

Yes, Nole is ready to dominate and I can't wait for 2013 to start, new racquet: old enemies...
I think even Ivan Lendl is switching camps.A local photographer caught him unawares while reading THIS article a few hours ago:
Hm, Ivan will have a lot of to do with defence of his daughers against suitors riding to his house on fast horses. Not sure wheter he will able to watch tennis next year
