I thought your state of mind was not belief so much as evidence-based knowledge.

This is turning into a dreary bash-bash-bash-fault error fest. Doesn't look like a grass court match.

Well can't call you that now.
However, we can now call you Nostradumbass :P
In fairness RBA got away with some real dogshit serving in that game and a fortunate net chord.

It's 12mph a wind at Wimbledon atm, compare that to French Open semi day which was around 40-50mph.

If they had Paris-like wind here, does anyone know if they would close the roof?

I am assuming they would as it would be a risk to play. In Paris, given the schedule headache beforehand don't think they could risk not playing on. Reckon that would also be the case if there was a roof during the USO 2012 final.

BA wields his racquet like a carpet-beater. He's not bothered by being moved from side to side, but a bit of low slice and moving him up and down the Court is a different matter.

Re: Wimbledon Day 11, Friday 12th July
Interesting how match-ups go - BA v. Fed is 0:9, BA v. Djoko is 3:7. I think more variety is the way to beat this guy, perhaps in particular variety of pace and slice.
He's a sort of baseline equivalent of Kevin Anderson - effective but not hugely imaginative.
Should be done now. Djoko's level has improved a bit and he's taking the initiative a bit more.

Nadal H2H vs Agut is 3-0, and the sets have been:
6-1 6-1 6-1 6-2 6-2 6-3 6-4

All on clay though - which is BA's worst surface and Nadal's best.
