USO Women's Final

Just watching.....impressive hitting from both.....especially Serena. But it's sad to see the whole stadium supporting Azarenka, instead of the american player. Very sad, even appluading her mistakes.

Sure I want Azarenka to win cause it's a king of Goliath v David fighting but you would think the NY woudl support its US players!!!

Also, It's interesting to see that the women's final is played with much more guts than the mens will be tomorrow.

yes, love the guts, and with Serena around plenty on offer, love to watch her fired-up and roaring. Good on Azarenka to show her teeth , she's a strong girl and fearless as well.
I'd love to see the third set.

He,he, my spinning instructor always plays this song (I am titanium) when we are supposed to ride 90 rpm with a hill gear, I always remember that guy and titanium of steel and smile to myself in the middle of the bike agony!

In favour of men, at least they are not so howling. Although Nole sometimes showed a potential to compete

That is a bit unfair. Give Serena credit for being so fiercely competitive.

I cannot warm up to her, I think that she has unfair advantage over other female athletes.

Mr Williams gets the first serve back and he becomes unplayable. Also all those unsportsmanlike behaviour towards lineswomen and umpires, she is not the right person to be a sportsperson. Not to forget the panic room incident.

Me as well. The similar one I saw was Wimby women final between Graf and Novotna, Novotna was leading one set and 4:1 and 40:15 with serve and broken up. Fortunately she won it later.

Despite the fight etc, I really feel sorry for women having to play the game like this.
We are not meant to hit the ball so hard.

Everybody has a choice But yes, this tennis is not a kind sport for normal women.

The worse is weightlifting a bodybuilding for sure
