Hi nitb, i'm dry hoolahooping like a madman, my waist has not been this slim since i was a youngster ;-)
I'm watching Delpo-Roddick. Roddick is playing his best tourney in years! He could win today, something i never expected

I can't believe he won the first set!
A tip for the hula-hoop. If you don't have a waist - make it by making your hips bigger than your waist (wear a few pairs of shorts or stg)

Nole coming into the net much more than recent tournaments. Not always totally successfully but sometimes sublime.
I like this development!

Rallies are getting longer in Arthur Ashe, so Delpo will be fine

Me too, he's been working on it for the last 3 seasons, but had to stop in the middle because of his serve problems. All clicked into place last year, so he's moved on with it, and it looks great !

how's Delpo returning, also how's Roddick serving? Is it still a weapon?

Don't like to see a player retire but only being on court an hour and a half is good news for Novak, given the backlog.

It is, worked out well, almost like a good workout. He'll need all the strength for Delpo, assuming he bets Roddick.HM Murdoch wrote:Don't like to see a player retire but only being on court an hour and a half is good news for Novak, given the backlog.

Both men quite dominant on serve.

No idea, he called the trainer, got no treatment, went on to play and then just retired after he lost the next game. He moved and played fine, but he could've had a virus as he looked a bit drained and tired in the face.Tenez wrote:What was wrong with Stan?

Yes Roddick is playing very well. He might even regret retiring!

Roddick is playing with less fear than he has been. Another Tie break could get very tricky for Delpo.

It is quite good for Nole to have as short as possible, the schedule from now on is killing. Watching Rodick with Delpo and hope that Delpo will take this set or at lest take the third. This Rodick is eager as at his best. I expect that Rodick will fade out, hopefully.

Tipsarevic through in straight sets, playing Ferrer next.

I think Nole will handle them both confidently.

Me as well, but then it is final with Murray? I can not wait for a match with Bird and Fed. If Fed will go smoothly through it then believe Nole will play with Fed. Bird plays not much worse than Andy from baseline.
Nole can watch it and get a wink

I am not worried about Murray at all. I don't think he'll get past the semi-final.

Tips looked very good with Kohli. He was very solid and confident in this match. But the match with Ferrer, that will be lung´s run

I like to read it and I know that you have a good feeling to prognose it If Bird wins with Fed, then I am sure he will lose with Andy, so you say Fed will win with Bird and also with Andy, aren´t you? We know the second finalist

Nole has the most difficult opponent in the quarters, in fact. Beating Delpo will be more difficult than beating either Tipsarevic or Ferrer.
Are you staying up to watch Fed - Berd?

Delpo is rolling over Roddick, that is nice to look at. I would appreciate if Delpo wins in 5 sets. He does not seem to be keen on running

Impressive FHs from Cilic. Cilic has bulk up quite a bit since 2009.

I like what I see from Cilic but I feel he won't be able to maintain it. Watch Murray throwing a few long rallies and Cilic to lose his edge.

I am sure that Nole will go through Delpo
I am really looking forward to that match, so if I can stay up with opened eyes I will look at, at least the first set, that will be a decisive indicator. I have not heard such positive words from Bird before playing with Fed, so it looks to be promising.

That's great! I've felt like that for Nole all those years when he was losing to Fed in the semis. I really liked their (Fed-Berd) match in Madrid this year.

It's funny to see Murray being furious about losing his serve again...cause he can only be furious at Cilic for taking his chances. Murray in other words is upset cause he did not get his UEs!

Hi Tenez,
Cilic can not win unless Murray breaks leg. I do not see even chance of winning a set with Murray.

his level is as high as always, the only difference is that Cilic is more mature than Raonic and has a far better backhand.
