The young Argentinian is playing proper tennis at least, so it's a good contest, not a grindfest.
Fed has still got it with the speed when he gets going.

Complete and surprise meltdown from "happy". As I said he coudl have won the first 2 sets. Clearly needs some lungs. I guess I was a bit too enthusiastic about his current game. Well it was certainly very impressive at first.

Yes, he doesn't have the "team". So sad. I bet there are tens of talented p,ayers lingering in lower rankings because of the lack of funds.
And to think that Nadal nearly got away with introducing 2 year protected ranking...people forget what a selfish b*****d he is when they say he is a "nice guy".
Sorry about the strong language, but it needs to be said!

Watching this young Argentinian play Fed, again, I find it interesting how different Argentinian and Spanish schools of tennis are, bearing in mind it's the same people more or less.
So much more flair and honor among the Argies!

I am not a fan of Vesely game, and I don;t think I'll ever be......but I can see he is going to be very difficult to beat. But it is clear that tiny improvements from his game coudl have completely changed the outcome of this match. He really threw it away.

I enjoyed watching Fed and the "little" Argentinian, so different from Vesely and Raonic.
Nothing veats proper, soulful tennis, forget about these monster servers and their power....

Serena a set and 0:3 down against "Murgunza" !!!
Switching to watch that one now...looks very windy.
Serena is a great view when losing, such a drama queen!

Just caught a few points on Langlen....this Townsend is just incredibly fat for a professional tennis player.
I can't believe her coach is allowing her to carry all that extra weight...

She isn't fat by choice, she must be naturally fat. Its funny to see a tennis player with so much extra weight on court. She is only a teen. ha ha..

Yes, Davenport and a few other women are/werea bit big, more robust, but this girl actually has a huge gut and is carrying at least 15-20 kg of extra weight.
She is quite a good player and is not helping her joints in the long run.

Saw her for the first time, was shocked. I really wonder how it is even possible to get so heavy in a cardio intensive sport like tennis? Anybody knows? What does this girl eat?

Happy, the Williams sisters are gone, pity the ATP didn't follow the WTA with regard to high seed upsets.

I don't really agree with those who said Fed played very bad. That's underestimation of the opponent who got some good depth on his shots and played very close to the BL.
Re Vesely - Raonic: Vesely doesn't seem to handle the pressure of playing big servers very well as of yet. He'll likely learn it, we'll see.

Did you watch the match? That was not the issue. Vese broke Rao twice and should have broken him 3 times. the issue was that he got tired or nervous. He served for the first set yet lost it, and then he broke straight away in the second but his legs started to go.....and so did his confidence.
