Very difficult choices today.
Ferrer, Stosur, Gasquet (only because he is playing night session, would have no chance during daytime), Fognini, Janowicz.

But Raiders I proved that you had a different job remember?
Raiders - Pirate (only logical for the times he logs on, sailing all around the world that crazy kook!)

Anyone else seen that Pospisil has given Wawrinka a walkover. Shame, hope he's alright.

Gasquet plays too far back for a Single hander. almost as far as Nadal goes back.

Re: Australian Open 2014 : MOTD : Day 5
The Gasquet I am watching atm is spending a lot of time inside the court and playing great tennis.
When he is behind the baseline he is defending and creating excellent angles with his BH (which enabled him all those breaks) not dictating and grinding like Nadal.

I don't know why it's taking them so long to close the roofs.
Only Laver which has the slowest closing roof has restarted play.
Ivanovic managed to choke 3 consecutive set points in the TB, including two on her own serve...
Stosur's arms and shoulders look disgusting.

Boredo taking too much time between the points, nothing less expected from Spanish school of tennis.
Come on Richie you CAN do it!!!!!

Re: Australian Open 2014 : MOTD : Day 5
I can't remember ever seeing Gasquet volley with his FH.
He is becoming too predictable for Boredo at the net, whose serving has in the meantime become sharper as a result of 2:1 lead confidence.

Nole looking good and ready for the 5th AO trophy!
It will take someone really fast and furious to dislodge him from that cetre baseline spot.

And that was that
A moment of brainfreeze, a failed drop-shot, and the match is gone.
Martina Higins, the Man(b)eater in Boredo's box, beaming....
The winner takes it all....

The ease with which Nole is crushing Istomin is scary.
Nothing more than a practice session for him.
2:0, zero drama.
I'm not complaining

Neither me, even if I like Denis It is pity that I can not watch it.
There is also pity with Vasek Pospisil: He seems to be kind of a fragile player. Perhaps he can strengthen his body.
But I am really disappointed with Delpo. He seemed to be in better shape than ever, but there had to be a mental aspect in his game yesterday. He just was not ready for next fights, that is bad.
