Bradley Wiggins Does It!
Bradley Wiggins became the first British rider to win the Tour de France as Mark Cavendish claimed his fourth consecutive final-stage victory.
Wiggins, 32, finished in the chasing peloton in Sunday's final stage around the streets of Paris with a winning margin of three minutes and 21 seconds.

Congratulations to him
Apparently on that Olympics program Wow and I were talking about, they said he was the only cyclist in his team to return to Britain from Beijing without a medal..
Boy isn't he the biggest winner now, winning the Tour de france must be like winning Wimbledon,an Olympic medal just cant compare

Re: Bradley Wiggins Does It!
I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be to win it.
Says a lot that nobody from GB was able to do it for so long, and this is the nation of nutters when it comes to pushing oneself in a sport like that.
I think this win has to be bigger than olympic gold. Just like Wimbledon is to tennis players, THE holy grail.

Sir Wiggo . A momnumental effort, on radio they were comaring it to the triumph of 66. Mental fortitude is not a so common amongst British sportsperson, so once again well done sir Wiggo!
He will be running with sportsman of the year unless some women athlete or Vicky Pendleton wins like 3 gold medals.

Also Alonso was supreme in today's F1, well done to sir Jenson on finishing second. The title change might be on for sir jenson from now onwards. Good to see Vettel getting penalised.
