Banner Ad across the navigation area.

Hey Tenez, I don’t know if I’m the only one affected but there’s a big banner advert permanently across the area in a thread which normally we use to return to the main forum.

Right now the only way to get back is to press “home” and return to the tennis forum from there. That isn’t ideal.

Is it me or the site? Can you do anything about this? Anyone else affected?


Edit: Just not ed it doesn’t yet affect this particular thread. Baffled!

Yes, I have the same problem, except th banner covers log in box.

The ads are all for computer games, and I don’t play games or look for them in the browser.

This problem was there once or twice more in the past but only for a few hours, now it’s been here several days.

I can only log in from the mobile site version and then I switch to desktop as it’s so much better.

It’s a bit of a pain and it would be good if it could get fixed.

None of them are for mail order Russian girls so I think I’m in the clear from that direction.

They seem to vary though the last one was for a career in the RAC (an English association to do with cars for those outside the UK). I promise you I’ve not watched any pornographic car videos.
Every time I go on the Indian Wells thread it’s a different one. This time it’s for P&O Ferries, then one for Ascot Garden something.

Still nothing that stays permanently on this thread. Odd.

Pretty sure you need to download an ad blocker. free and very efficient.

That is all that can be done I believe. We don't own the forummotion domain, so we don't control which/where the ADs are showing up. Some websites don't show content when we turn on Adblockers, but this site hasn't done that yet. So its okay for now.

Use Adblocker for whichever browser you use. Google chrome app store has many and good ad blockers.
