If I had a choice between Monaco's and Novak's forehand I'd take Nole's any day.
I saw Monaco from close up and his FH variety is very limited.

Janowicz is another one with a better FH than those top 3.

He's pretty good, backhand not bad either!

Exactly Tenez, no highlights from one match establishes who has the better forehand. Are players not allowed to be off form for a match? I think if you asked 100 tennis commentators including Monaco himself if his forehand is better than Djokovic's forehand you would be hard pressed to find more than a few outlier opinions that favor Monaco.

In general I think too much is made of unforced error to winner ratio, and usually the people who make this argument favor faster conditions. Murray and Djoko's match at the USO proves nothing about their ability the entire semi and final matches were ruined by gale like windstorms. If winner v. unforced errors is the principal measure of match quality than I can tell you what will be the greatest shotmaking match of all time write now. Here goes Nostrafreakingdamus, the greatest match of all time will be when John Isner plays Milos Raonic on grass. As routine forehands find there way through the court. That ratio is a function of matchup, form, weather, conditions etc. In isolation it tells you little or nothing about match quality and in fact may deceive you.
