Dumbed down surfaces and balls should be the real talking point.

When you see endless rallies on grass - as if it's clay - you know there's a problem.  No way in hell should that maggot of a defender be going this far into Wimbledon at his age with that limited crappy game. Consistency or no consistency - the sliding and retrieving makes a total mockery of grass.

The only good news to come out of it is that Djokovic has once again owned Nadal and it's unlikely the awful cretin will be coming back ever again on grass - and maybe even take a hit on other surfaces now - because of the confidence that will have been sapped right out of him.

Djokovic should have put him to bed long before - but some of his holds - and the final games - he was immense.  Back to his best.  Never thought he'd manage that.

Will be a great final to watch without Fist Pumper 2000, and the hype, and Castle dripping out of his knickers at every one of Nadal's high ball top spin shots.

Wait for the excuses:

Nadal played 5 sets in QF.
Nadal got injured in the final game.
Nadal had to play under the roof (one of my mates on FB is already at it with this one).

Nadal will be moaning just the same.  You watch.

Daniel
