I think that ca. 20 min murray service game that he lost may have determined the outcome of this match.

Murray lost composure for the first time, threw his racket, shouting, gesticulating. Not looking good, i'm afraid. He looks like a fish out of water now and fed looks like a fish back into the water contrast.

Boris now saying murray body language is negative. Can't blame him. He'd worked worked so hard.

Brilliant point from Murray to win the first game in the 4th set, still no let up with pace and drive. Firing well.

Roger was unreal,the quality of shot making in the 3rd and 4th set was genius
Once he broke at the end of the 2nd set he just went up several levels and become unplayable
The roof obviously helped,but I don't think Murray stood much of a chance once Roger found his groove
I gotta say I was really impressed with Andy Murray today
He played like a champion,came out firing all cylinders and showed a self belief we have never seen from him before.Not once did he allow the occasion to overwhelm him.For much of the first 2 sets he really frustrated Roger
He gave it his absolute best shot,its just his bad luck that
he had to face Roger cause that would have been enough to give him a chance to win the title against any other player.Sure he may have missed a few opportunities ,but that happens in every match,even the ones you win
I really felt for Murray during his speech,tough loss cause theres not much more he could have done but he really should be very proud of himself,he did the nation proud.There was definitely enough in that match for me to believe Andy will win Wimbledon one day
All the hard work with Lendl looks like its paying off

As for Federer,what more can I add?
He's done the impossible,he's done what everyone claimed he would never be able to do
This is without a doubt the biggest win of his career,its not often winning a grand slam comes with so much frills and this much glory
How many more records has he broken by winning this title? Poor Sampras has nothing left!

This proves that it is easier to be no. 1 but difficult to stay there.

I think thats a far greater achievement then lets say winning gold at the Olympics

Thats only cause he was so consistent,making it deep into clay tournaments to see Nadal,if he lost more this wouldn't even be an issue
He does have a match up problem,he's never been able to string more then 2 wins over Nadal in a row,but it works in his favour cause Nadal is proof Roger didn't benefit from a weak era and didn't have it as easy as some like to believe
Plus his losing h2h is against another player who is considered the GOAT on clay and most of his loses to Nadal have been on clay
