Yes he has that extra split sec to really use his full power with safety.
But that doesn’t explain Fed’s easy UE’s and not so great serving.

That's called being nervous when playing certain players.  He remembers some big losses to Del Potro.  Fed has played poorly because of who is on other side of net a few times...  and every time his first serve % suffers.  It's why I put money on delpo to win.  He has the belief and the weapons and Fed knows it smiley
Laugh

Let's put it another way.  I am the one with money in the bank and calm and relaxed.  You;re the one with nothing and shitting his pants at the score.
Yeah sure. You come here every time to tell us.....so 1 in 4....the other 3 times when you lose, you don't tell us do you?

So you guessed that Delpo, the only decent seed on form to reach teh final an that makes you a smart guy?

If Fed has to lose I am less bothered that it should be Del Boy than almost anyone else; but missing those two bp’s is Fedalesque... almost unbearable...

No, Tenez.... this is the first proper bet I've had all year.  I actually tell you when I make bets I lose and have done many times.  Stop being a sore loser.

And grow some balls.  I've been saying Delpo was the form player all tournament while you and others here said Fed was just going to walk to the trophy.  But, of course, I know nothing.  Doh Laugh

Fed still has a chance, but it's Delpo's to lose.

See, Fed getting angry again here.  And it's all cause Del Potro is in his head. Like he was at the US OPen that time.

Amazing point though by Federer that.  May have saved him in this set.

Del Potro should really have closed this one off - but it's going to a decider, it looks like!

Fair play to Fed there.... Delpo is really in his head and Federer is losing the plot - but still managed to find something from somewhere.  Both these players are letting things get to them.

Del Potro is right to be annoyed at the crowd.  They are clearly trying to mess his game up.

He is scared.  That's why he's slamming about and shouting at the umpire.  Del Potro's gripe is with the crowd - not hawkeye.
