I don't play but:

Wawrinka could very well lose. He isn't the best on grass and his opponent is good enough to cause an upset.  Gonna go Wawrinka. 70%.

Nadal. I expect Nadal to romp home against Millman, but it would be the 5th time in a row that he's lost to a rank 100. Gonna go Nadal 85%.

Cilic should batter Kohl. 90%.

Kyrgios should batter Herbert.  90%

Karlovic should win. 85%

Gonna go Anderson. 60%

Janowicz should beat Shapovalov 70%

Pouille should batter Jaziri 90%

Yes I had a feeling about him. Check my OP.

Khasha as well. No because I'd typically expect him to lose v Kuztenev but because he is in Rapha's draw and we know his luck and how his draws clear up as he advances.

It's true isn't it? Even JJ v Shapovalov end up having 20 strokes rallies.

It's not the court it's the shuttlecork balls.

Maybe but they have been using 100% clay for the last few years. High bounce is also the result of bigger balls. The pressure of course also affect it as the balls shoudl be the same as queens and Halle in principle.

Let's see what Fed says about it.

I only saw a few points of Shapalov-JJ and thought the grass was quite fast, but the balls very bouncy and light.

It looked weird.

Will be difficult to control the ball.

I hope Stan survives Medvedev.

Who is this idiot Milliman?

Nadal's moonballs are making the court play like slow clay.

I just missed a 23 shot rally....

Millman's anticipation is amateur level. How did a player like that break into the top 200?

BTW: the women's matches look twice as fast. That ball must be 50% lighter

Well, there we go.  Kyrgios severely injured and couldn't do anything.  It's a real shame.  He'd have been a proper force this year if he hadnt have injured himself.  I took a bet early and lost my 10 Sad  Laugh

As I said before, Nadal's draw is a joke. Did anyone expect Millman to win, really?

Rafa's BH looks lethal - hitting it flat and with pace. Playing aggressively and close to the baseline.

I thought Nadal looks extra nervous.

It's that moron (sorry the guy os really getting on my nerves) Milliman that's building Nadal's confidence with every shot, giving him not even a decent knock.

I feel sorry for the fans there...and elsewhere...had a peek af a few courts and barly anyone has a clue how to play on grass.

Jaziri and Stak notable exceptions atm.

I have never seen Nadal as a big hitter.

Bighitters are shotmakers.

Nadal only muscles the ball and that's quite a difference.

Imagine if he was able to hit the ball flat and use all that muscle & effort.

The ball would fly like a rocket!

That's why Kyrgios was in my list of potential 1st round losers. if you bet money you want to know that Kyrgios was not 100%. In fact I am as bad as you cause I should have put some money there.

You can tell the balls are huge when you see how the players handles them before serving. They are like balloons.

But more importantly how they drag down towards the baseline.
