Interesting though I believe you missed his biggest bad/regret: the Lybian war. He said it was his main error of his presidency.
But I will argue that Obama is not good nor bad. Those guys take decisions they don;t like. I believe most of Obama's job was to prevent the worst, try to tame the lobbys pushing for more wrong decisions such as going to war.
Maybe they have proof that he was not born is the US and therefore was threatened any time with the possibility to be destituated with someone worst replacing him.
All the "bad" you describe he did is clearly obvious that a sane person would not have done it...so why are those guys taking decisions 95% of us would not?
