Zumba as additional sport activity besides tennis?

Post by Serve_Spree on Tue Dec 20, 2016 6:54 am

Anyone tried zumba as a relax after tennis training? It is a good idea? There is a plan to start, a lot of places that offers zumba dance to chose from, for example on this list: https://zoptamo.com/uk/s-zumba-c-uk-place but there is no idea if it is even appropriate additional activity after hard and exausting tennis trainings, Maybe you can tell something about this connection, or maybe you can recommend other sport as an additional activity?

Have you done any zumba in the meantime?

I haven't but just read an article about it, sounds like a fun way to burn calories.

They've had it in my gym for years, but the name was a turn-off for me.

They aren't people.  They are simply scripted programs designed to sign up on forums and then post messages for the company or people that created them.  They are easy to thwart if the forum has a spam question like "How many Slams has Federer won?"

They generally aren't sophisticated enough on registration to start answering questions. I don't like the picture verification ones, because they can get annoyingly difficult for a human too.

They are known to most people as "bots". From robots, probably. The common theme with them is that they post a link to something in their very first posts. That's why most forums disable link posting until you've posted 10 times etc.
