Just caught the end of Nadal's post-match interview in which he proudly said he is the first player to have hit the new roof  over Ashe.

I saw a few games..

That's how he plays just to get rid of tightness and regain looseness.
To the rest if the workd it can even come across as tanking, but it isn't.
