So grateful to Indians....

Watching at this panic scene I thought leopards were an amazing animal. It alone can scare tens of people and kill a few even. Yet it does not flee and faces of the most dangerous animal on earth....us.
I am very grateful to Indians and Africans to have accepted sharing their land with such ferocious animals. We in the west killed them all to the last bear, panther and wolf even. It's very couragious to accept sharing the day to day life with such animals. I know they are all in parks and forests but they nonetheless kill 100s of people every year....a loss we are certainly not ready to envisage.

...and while we are at it...
I loved that clip. Nature taking a (form of) revenge to man's bored mind!
I can't stand those drones everywhere. Unfortunately those aigles are/will be at the service of those who control spy drones too.

Re: So grateful to Indians....
Beauty or the beast is in the eye of a beholder.
Is this a beast?
Beautiful creature, free...
What can a drone do to it?
Who can cage the sky?
Watch carefully that bbc clip.
Puma did not hurt anyone.
Poor puma...bored in her kindly donated cage just came out to play...to say hello to children in school...only to be attacked by people who sadly perceive her as wild and run away in fear...they behold her as wild...but the wilderness is in them, in the fierceness of their hearts, caged in personal prison cells, firmly locked by their fears.
And the cage is from inside as well as outside...the drones of mind...as well as the drones of the big bad world.
But animals are free...and not ferocious.
They are beautiful. And suffering when they see the world around them.

Some feet like the comfort of silk slippers and some to run bare across green fields.Tenez wrote:bored in her kindly donated cage just came out to play...to say hello to children in school

Re: So grateful to Indians....
And if you want to bring it to a more prosaic, earthly level, are Assange & Putin also dangerous beasts walking our streets?
If you ask the bbc..it looks like they are.

Most don't see the bigger beast dressed as a sheep pretending to be on their side.
