Fed has still the best shots in the world.....by far!

Fed loves Goffin' flat hitting....it makes him as dominant, if not more, as he was in his early career when he was playing similar players.

Demonstration time! This is a clean hitting fest. Roger is all over Goffin but Goffin still shows he's a proper player

Hello GP.
You mean Thomas (Berdych)....Tomic is in the bottom draw.
I expected a tighter match somehow.

This is one of those Federer "blitzkrieg" matches. Showing the highlights wouldn't be much shorter than showing the match integrally.

Signs of vulnerability from Djok. Nishikori has every chance.

wow...that's a bit silly as I don't think Fed was critical of Tomic.....but we know those young aussies are a bit brainless.

And as always when reaching the 90 min. mark, fed's focus, sharpness and intensity drop a bit. Hence Goffin's break there.

Yes...that's where being 34 shows for sure.

Goffin there played totally make-or-break game.. He sure could do it at that moment.. the match was almost over and he couldn't even get a sniff on Fed's service games... An all-or-nothing wouldn't have made it any worse.gallery play wrote:And as always when reaching the 90 min. mark, fed's focus, sharpness and intensity drop a bit. Hence Goffin's break there.
Fed played great, Goffin not bad at all. But Fed has great shot-making ability..
Also Fed was playing really aggressive, he rather missed than allowed Goffin some rhythm on play..

hmm, what i saw a sloppy service game from Fed, but nevermind: Fed indeed played a great match. It was a really pleasant watch.raiders_of_the_lost_ark wrote:Goffin there played totally make-or-break game.. yeah, Tomic and Kyrgios haven't learned a thing from Hewitt. Leyton was as feisty as can be on court, but the moment the match was over the nice guy in him stood up. I can't remember Leyton ever saying something disrepectful about an opponant.Tenez wrote:wow...that's a bit silly as I don't think Fed was critical of Tomic.....but we know those young aussies are a bit brainless.
